Most sessions of the GA meeting and the whole C&CC meeting will be held in the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IOP, CAS) which is located in Zhong-Guan-Cun, Beijing. Most of the activities will be organized in Building M of IOP. A cluster of meeting rooms will be available in this building, with the biggest one up to 500 seats.

Two afternoon sessions of the GA meeting, each including public lectures and laboratory tours, will be held in two nearby universities, Peking University (15:30–18:00 Wednesday Oct. 20) and Tsinghua University (15:30–18:00 Thursday Oct. 21).
